All of Monat’s hair products are one hundred percent natural. Their basic line includes a shampoo, a conditioner, and a detangler which can be purchased as a trio or separately.

This eco-friendly brand creates products that promote healthy hair and can aid in the reduction of split ends, knotted tangled hair, and even frizz. Their products are also known to tackle specific common problems with hair, such as hair loss, dandruff, thinning and breakage.

Their products are not only for women. The company has launched product lines marketed specifically for men and children, albeit with slightly different specified formulas, that can be purchased online via a Monat Global market partner's affiliate website.

The company has also launched a skin care product line, a selection of products for pets. In 2020, category expansion continued with a wellness line of products in collaboration with holistic expert Dr. Brent Agin.

What started off with a focus in hair care has now expanded into much more - giving their consultants a wider range of possibilities.

The network marketing company launched in October of 2014 with a clear mission to deliver natural hair products to their customers. The name Monat stands for Modern Nature which directly reflects the company’s business ethic.

Their objective was to create safe non-toxic products which really work, joined with the mission to support peer-to-peer selling.

In just a few short years of business, the premium hair care company boasts a 2019 revenue of $388 million and ranks #24 in Direct Selling News Global 100 list for 2020.

Monat has always put family first and use their core values to help change the lives of customer and employees alike. Their strong belief in family principles guides their company.

The company launched their philanthropic movement Monat Gratitude in 2014, as a way to encourage their army of Market Partners to contribute to their communities. Monat Global recently raised $700,000 during MONATions Impact Week, a virtual event in September 2020.

How Monat Market Partners Make Money

Much of the company's growth is due to Monat's compensation plan. Distributors earn up to forty percent commission on all direct product sales to customers. This is a generous commission for product sales.

As a multi-level marketing company, Monat also encourages their reps to build a downline of Monat market partners.
